Directors
Andrew Speed, Managing Director
Andrew joined the industry in 1993, having gained a BA Hons Degree at Lancaster University. Andrew founded the company in March 2001, and specialises in Pensions and Investments advice.
Lincoln Brown, Associate Director
Lincoln joined Andrew as a founder member and Director of the company in 2001. He graduated from Brunel University in 1992, joined City Financial Partners and now specialises in Mortgage advice.
Pensions and Investments Advisers
Beverley Baxter, Financial Adviser
Bev is qualified to Diploma level, specialising in pensions, investments and retirement planning. Bev joined the company in January 2010.
Graham Baxter, Chartered Financial Adviser
Graham is a Chartered Financial Planner, specialising in retirement planning and occupational pension scheme transfers. He joined St Eds in January 2010.
Sam Bent-Marshall, Financial Adviser
Began his career as an Advisor with Royal Sun Alliance in 1991, and joined the company in 2003. He offers general advice to a wide range of clients, focusing on Mortgage and Protection arrangements.
Paul Day, Financial Adviser
With 25 years industry experience, Paul is qualified to Diploma Level and specialises in Pensions advice with Pension Transfers specialism.
Gordon Gibson, Financial Adviser
Gordon has been managing client investments for over 30 years. He brings a wealth of experience to the firm and specialises in Wealth Management.
Ben Gierth, Financial Adviser
Ben is qualified to Diploma level and spent his formative years as a research analyst and para planner. Since rejoining the company he specialises in Pensions and Investments, with a focus on Offshore Investment planning.
Russell Green, Financial Adviser
Russell is one of the youngest fully qualified advisors in the Eastern Counties. Having passed his exams with flying colours he now specialises in Pensions and Investments advice.
Mark Wapshott, Financial Adviser
Mark has been in Financial Services since 1987, the majority of which as an independent. With his extensive experience he advises both corporate and individual clients on all their planning needs, with particular emphasis on pension planning and investment portfolios.
Tony Palmer, Financial Adviser
Tony has over 25 years' experience in Financial Services and holds the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate and Diploma in Financial Planning. He advises both Private and Corporate clients in many areas of financial planning, specialising in Pensions and Investment advice.
Mortgage Advisers
Peter Green, Financial Adviser
Peter joined the company in 2003 and has been an Independent Mortgage Advisor for nearly 20 years. Qualified to advanced CEMAP level, he also specialises in Equity Release loans and Protection.
Administrative Support
Erika Gibson, PA to Gordon Gibson
Erika is married to Gordon and has supported him in business for over 25 years. She provides research and administrative support liaising directly with Gordon’s clients.
Claire Hoblyn, PA to Managing Director
Claire is qualified in the Certificate in Financial Administration, as well as the Certificate in Life & Pensions. Claire joined the company in 2003 and works closely with clients in support of Andrew and the investment team.
Jaime Keeble, Pensions Administrator
Jaime is the newest member of the team, joining in February 2011 as a Pensions Administrator. She holds the full Financial Planning Certificate and supports Graham, Ben and Beverley.
Julie Manning, Receptionist
Julie supports Sarah as a financial administrator and runs the office Reception. Julie joined the company in 2006 and is currently studying for her Certificate in Financial Administration.
Sarah Vardy, Office Manager
Sarah has been with the company since its inception. Since then she has qualified in the Certificate in Financial Administration, and was promoted to the role of Office Manager in 2005.
Sue Worsfold, Financial Administrator
Sue is a recent addition to the team, having previously worked in IT, compliance and sales support management. Sue heads up our accounts department and is currently preparing for the Certificate in Financial Administration.

Claire Simpson-Duckworth, Marketing Support
Claire has recently joined St Eds in this newly created role.
